Despite looking good and having a great shape and size for a family car, this car suffers significantly from a very poor user experience. When the software is not crashing it is cumbersome and difficult to navigate. There is so much tech in here and most of it doesn’t work. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this or any of the VW electric range.
